ENVISION has provided planning, design and construction administration services to the Hospital for numerous renovations including a recent $32m project for 172,000 sf of Main Campus renovation projects. This included administration and executive areas as well as renovating and expanding a number of clinical spaces. This project was conducted under four separate certificates of need, with eight contract document packages, in numerous phases, utilizing several contractors.
Other renovation projects were completed off campus, including 16,500 sf of new offices for IT, Human Resources, Staff Education and Occupational Heath in the former Mercy High School; 27,600 sf of office renovations at 159 Wolf Road for Purchasing, Finance, Home Care and Patient Accounting departments; 13,400 sf of warehouse renovations to accomodate storage, print shop, testing lab and clinical space at 19 Warehouse Row; and 9,300 sf of renovations to 319 South Manning Office Building and South Allen Street facility for clinical suite and facilities management offices.
